Produced with grapes and elderflowergrown on Polgoon's Vineyard in Cornwall.

The Fruit is pressed and fermented to produce a light, dry, sparkling wine, then infused with elderflower juice.  Methode Traditionelle secondary bottle fermentation produces a quality sparkling wine with a persistent mousse of small bubbles.

The end result is a refined sparkling floral wine that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

Best served chilled in Champagne flutes.

Six years ago John & Kim Coulson were fish merchants supplying Marks & Spencer from their business based at Newlyn Fishing port. With a growing family of 5 children they needed a bigger house! By chance they found a derelict farmhouse on the edge of Penzance and decided to buy it - along with 23 acres, 2 cottages and 2 barns for conversion. After meeting an award winning Cornish Wine maker they decided to plant vines and create their own Cornish Vineyard. From their first wine harvest (2006) they were awarded the Trophy for the “Best Still Rose in the UK”. This trophy was awarded by the UK Vintners Association, was judged by 7 Masters of Wine and sponsored by Waitrose.
