Bramley and Gage Fruit Liqueurs

Made using half a kilo of fruit per bottle, this liqueur captures the strong autumnal hedgerow blackberry taste.  Delicious on its own, with cheese, or mix it with mineral water or white wine.

For something unique, mix with Champagne and cider to make a Devonshire split.

Free from preservatives and colourings.

Made in the traditional style, like sloe gin but using only sour cherries, french brandy and a moderate amount of sugar.  Our Cherry Brandy follows the Bramley & Gage philosophy of combining intense taste with surprising dryness.

Delicious straight, in cocktails or mixed with mineral water.  Cherry Brandy is a great accompaniment to fruit cake.

This delicious, fresh tasting liqueur retains all of the unadulterated flavour of about half a kilo of whole Scottish grown raspberries to every 35cl bottle.  The fruit is picked at optimum ripeness to capture the best natural sugar balance.

Drink it on its own, mixed with mineral water, or, for something really special, with Champagne.

Made with Cornish grown strawberries, the variety that produces the cleanest strawberry taste is 'Calypso'.  This liqueur captures all the natural sweetness of the fruit and retains a fresh strawberry taste.

Delicious straight from the bottle.  Alternatively make a long drink by mixing water or sparkling wine.

Try poured over pancakes, or as a substitute for sherry in a trifle.

The original drink is based on an old Devon method passed through generations.  The leftover sloes from Sloe Gin are infused in our local Devon cider, raising the alcohol level of the cider and producing a unique taste.

Drink it as it is, or in summer mix with tonic, ice cubes, slices of cucumber and a twist of lime.  In winter mull it with cinnamon, mace and sugar to taste.

Popular in the 17th Century, this large, yellow and fragrant fruit is a relative of the pear.  The varieties used include 'Vranga' and 'Meecher's Prolific'.  Delicious as an aperitif or as an after-dinner digestif, this liqueur is also a great accompaniment to strong cheese.  Add to a pork or chicken stir fry sauce for an original sharp and sweet taste.

Made traditionally, like sloe gin but using only whole Damsons, Gin & sugar.  This is a fruitier, plummier alternative to Sloe Gin.  It is on the dry side and has an intense Damson 'nose' and taste.

Delicious straight from the bottle, it can be a great substitute for Sloe Gin in most situations.

The Dittisham Plum is a unique fruit named after the Devonshire village on the banks of the river Dart where they grow.  The numerous legends that surround the arrival of the plums are all agreed that they came on a boat that took shelter on the river.  Thrifty villagers collected them and grew them in their gardens.

Our Sloe Gin is hand made in small batches, using hand picked, wild hedgerow sloes. 

The intense dry flavour of this traditional classic can only be achieved by using a high sloe to gin ratio, moderate sugar, the patiently and slowly maturing.

A countryside favourite and hip flask filler, Sloe Gin is wonderfully warming drunk neat and widely enjoyed as an essential cocktail ingredient.
